I admire his spirit, and voice if he reduce his nose sound.

As for Kelly, i feel ok lar... that chipmunk face....

I used to hate Xin Hui, but last night she showed her professionalism, I suddenly feel that she should be the chosen one...... all the while, she have some points which impressed me. Like she is daring and can see she put in effort....

A book may change your life!

Sometimes, a book can change your life.
Its a bit true, at least for me.

For the last decade(or nearly), I have been working in same career path, until one day, i pick up THE BOOK. Well, its not a bible, or anything related to religions.

And found tat I have taken wrong career path!!!!!!!
Well, i may seem naiive, but i really believe so as I still have not gotten my job satisfaction!

Oh my....... I must not waste time anymore....

Stop it, u Arrogant Graduates!

Pls do not read if you are not an Arrogant Graduate.
Anyway, even if u are a graduate, u shouldn't be angry if u are not Arrogant!

Treat your subordinates(non-graduates) with respect.
Anyone can be an Engineer, Doctor, etc if they got the chance or money to get a degree.

They are human too, learn to work with them, and u will see that they are in fact, more capable than u.....

They are there to help u, and are counting on u to stand by them......

Try to improve yourself humanely....... ok?

Some NO-NO scenarios:
1) Graduate Boss: You go and do it, its your area!
2) Graduate Boss: We are open to any comments or suggestions... u can approach us on anything
MAtter of facts: Its not the case, the assistant's comments are run down by him.

A bit unfair..... or maybe they should specify that students of judges can't compete in it....
Or judges with students competing are not allowed to judge..

Even if the competitors have the talent, audience will still think its biased.
